I’m glad that you’re interested in learning more about Treadmill Body.
You’ve probably already read this on the homepage, but I’ll just repeat it again in case you missed it. My name is Mike Coleman and I’m a (too obvious) fitness enthusiast. I don’t really like calling myself an expert (even though some do), as my beginning in the field of fitness was as simple and humble as anyone else.
Though my expertise about fitness is far superior than my expertise in creating (and more importantly managing) a website, I decided to take the plunge nonetheless and created Treadmill Body to share my knowledge, and general thoughts regarding various fitness related topics. If I were to tell you about my specialization though, the name of this site would be suggestive of that — it’s treadmills, along with ellipticals, cross trainers, and exercise bikes. Basically, machine powered exercises that you can perform at home.
I started TMB in December, 2014. It’s been a journey full of struggles (mainly because I’m not so tech savvy), but one that I enjoyed greatly nonetheless. It’s still more of a hobby site at the moment, but a few of my friends have recently expressed their interests about contributing to TMB, so I might as well accept guest contributions or maybe even recruit other people as co-authors in the near future. Like I already said, the only motivation that made me create this site is the desire to help people who are beginners in the field of fitness and bodybuilding. So, if you find this site useful, that will be the greatest achievement for me.
